I would love to see NASA do it but our space program no longer has the vision to be adventurous in expanding frontiers. In the absence of NASA, I would rather see a US private company do it than anybody else.

I'm not clear - do you favor NASA or private companies leading the way to moon exploration? What are the advantages/disadvantages of each?
